with 2000, winrar is more than twice as slow as in win ME. anyone have this problem? I d/l the service packs and even converted to ntfs. please help, thanks

I have WinRAR running under 2000, 98, ME, and 95 in my house. If anyhting 2000 seems to be the fastest, the reason it is probably running so slow is that the computer u have 2000 on my be more full (less RAM) or when your converted to NTFS it may have screwed up something. I just updated a computer from ME to windows 2000, AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 2000. It is 1000's of times more stable then any other Microsoft system ever. I have also seen XP, and I believe that 2000 is still a step above the rest.
Summary: Does anyone know how to set up Internet connection sharing on 2000 server? I tried to go into network neighborhood and right click on LAN and i cant seem to installed it. Isnt it under ethernet card? ...
