Here's THE fix :

You need to disable the windows management service or something like that go to control panel > administrative options > services and right click > properties on all of the services until you find the one that is using winmgmt.exe then disable.

IT WORKS! And NO problems

This is from my 18yr old grandson who is about to challenge Microsoft big time!!!

This service is required if you want to see the "Dependencies" tab in service configuration and you want everything to go smoothly. Both "Windows Management Instrumentation" and "Windows Management Instrumentation Driver Extension" should at least be left on Manual. It's not recommended so before your grandson kicks BG out of his chair ask him to check out this;
