I am using win2000 in a 128MB RAM and 8 GB hard disk machine. When i boot the machine a box a dialog appears saying " The instruction at "0x77fca6e3" referenced memory.The memory could not ne written Click ok to terninate or Cancel to debug" If i click This message comes every 2 min. How to solve this. Does i have to Install OS again or any component Help me pls? Immediately

One thing you can try is: go into the BIOS setup during startup and find entries concerning: BIOS shadow, VGA shadow and set all these to "disabled"

Make sure your Mem chip isn't going bad....
