WIN.EXE Application Error (URGENT)

When I boot up my machine a win.exe application error appears. When the message is cancelled, a blue screen appears.

ANY IDEAS THANKS IN ADVANCE

If you have the Win 2000 install disk, insert the disk and repair Windows this will solve your issue.

It seems that your windows file is corrupted.
