windows-unable to load device driver

I am dual boot Windows 98 and Windows 2000. After I attempt to install modem driver. a message showed up everytime when I boot to Windows 2000 and it show up before the login screen. I pressed enter key 9 times then I can login. The message is:
Windows-Unable to load device driver.
\SystemRoot\System32\DRIVERS\amosnt.sys device driver could not be loaded. Error Status
was 0xc000012f

If it happened right after you installed your modem, double-check that you have the right Windows 2000 drivers for it (W2K and Win98 have two seperate drivers)....
