Comment:

If I right click on a picture in Internet Explorer and choose "Set as Background" to save if as my desktop wallpapper, where does that file get saved? I'd like to send the picture to a friend but don't know where to find that file. Please help.

Thanks.

If you can find out what file extension windows uses search you HD for it.
For example *.txt searches for all text files.
You get the idea.

If I remember correctly, it should be in the system root under the name of "Internet Explorer Wallpaper" or something like that.

No, it goes in

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer

if you're using the admin account.
