Windows Task Manager

Right, this is weird! Last night a program crashed so I had to use the Task Manager to close it. Now, whenever I try to use Task Manager, all I get is the window showing me the tasks running and the 3 options at the bottom. There's no menu bar at the top and I can't find anything in the registry. Can't rt-click anywhere.

Update: If I log in under a different profile, it's OK. I could just change profiles and rename but I would like to know how to fix this.

Any help would be appreciated...
