Comment:

When I try to download windows media player 9 from the windows media page,I'm getting an error code box that says "access to the specified device, path or file is denied" in the blue bar at the top of the box it says C:\Documents and settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet files\Content.I15\1AS51R what does this mean and how do I correct the problem? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
