Whenever I try to install Office XP, Windows installer comes up saying: "The windows installer could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running windows in safe mode, or if the windows installer is not correctly installed.." Any tips? Cheers.

upgrade to windows installer 2.0 from microsofts site..

Go to the MS web and look for Windows Installer 2.0. Downlaod it - install it - be happy.

Summary: When i try to install a program i go through the wizard and click on next buttons but when it gets to the 'configuring windows installer' process the wizard stops responding and the progress bar stops...
