Windows File Protection problem

I just installed Windows 2000 Server for my small Lan of 10 computers. So I update to service pack 3 and the Windows File Protection pop-up comes up and says:
Event Type: Information Event Source: Windows File Protection Event Category: None Event ID: 64021 Date: 11/2/2002 Time: 3:01:23 PM User: N/A Computer: MYCOMPUTER Description: The system file c:\winnt\system32\inetsrv\nntpsnap.dll could not be copied into the DLL cache. The specific error code is 0x000004c7 [The operation was canceled by the user. ]. This file is necessary to maintain system stability
When I run sfc /scannow I get a whole bunch of event logs similiar above. Whats going on, this never happened to me before.
