Windows Explorer is crashing when opened

The error reads:
Caption: Program Error Description: explorer.exe has generated erros and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program.
An error log is being created.
Then I click OK to clear the dialog but it doesn't matter if I reboot or not. Windows explorer still crashed no matter if a reboot was performed or not.

Welp... when Microsoft crashes, there's nothing much you can do.
You try the following methoids.. -Preform a scan disk. -Check for new IE updates from Microsot. -Format yor computer and start all over. -Use Windows XP or Windows 2000.
Herm... not much I can do when IE crashes.
