I KEEP ON GETTING ERROR MESSAGES ON A BLUE SCREEN SAYING, aN ERROR HAS OCCURED.TO CONTINUE PRESS ENTER TO RETURN TO WINDOWS, OR PRESS CTRL+ALT+DEL TO RESTART YOUR COMPUTER.IF YOU DO THIS YOU WILL LOSE ANY UNSAVED INFORMATION IN ALL OPEN APPLICATIONS

ERROR 0E : 0028 : COO12D2C

PRESS ANY KEY TO CONTINUE
WHEN I DO THIS I GET THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE

AN EXCEPTION OE HAS OCCURRED AT 0028:COO12D2C IN VxD---.THIS WAS CALLED FROM 0028:COO6E3FO IN VxD---.IT MAY BE POSSIBLE TO CONTINUE NORMALLY.

This has been happening since i had windows 2000 re-installed and my fan replaced it keeps on happening when iam in the middle of either playing Champ Manager or surfing the net, very annoying !!!!

Anyone able to help me out on this one?
