I noticed the time was wrong in some logs (ie: event viewer) so I clicked on the systray clock to find that the clock is sitting there spinning out of control! I am running "Tardis" time server program as this machine is a TOD server for a cable plant. I have stopped that program with no change. (Yes I know, Im working on moving the TOD service to a linux machine). Anyone ever see this?

Yes, I had exactly the same problem. I am running Tardis2000, which generally works well except for this problem. It's a nuisance with log dates/times, but also because it's possible not to notice it's happening, and then you send out an e-mail that's dated 4 Jul 2008, or some such.
I haven't found a cure short of rebooting. I've used previous versions of this program, before Tardis2000, and am considering going back to the earlier versions. Any one else have this problem?
