It is certainly possible to do the dual boot with W2K and RH 6.2.
Make sure that W2K is installed before RH, though. You can alos use any number of boot loaders, but it might be easiest to use the NT (W2K) bootloader.
There are a few possible snags on this, so you should definitely read related posts either here in the linux section or at a linux-centric bbs.
