Windows 2K SP4 will not Install

I am currently running Windows 2k Sp3 on a Dell Latidue. I am trying to install SP4. I have ran a virus check and performed the fix for the MSBlaster. I disable all none essential services. However, the service pack will not install give me error message "spiisupd.exe in use by anther application please close application and try again" I am not using any IIS and am not sure what application would be using it. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

We had a similar problem referring to the netstat.exe file. It turned out the permissions were not set for this file. Search for the file and then right click on the file name and go to properties, security tab and add your user name and assign the permissions.
