Im trying to host my mebsite on my server at home and I have dns2go pointing to my dynamic IP address, so i need to figure how to set up website on server please help thanks Jim

I would recommend you investigate using the Apache web server (www.apache.org). Overall more stable and secure than Windows IIS server.

Check that site thoroughly; it has installation information, setup info, etc.
