Windows 2000 server freezing

My windows 2000 server keeps freezing. I have ran all the latest updates. I have 35 clients that access the my 2000 server, they can't do anything when the server freezes, after about 1min it free's itself and everything is fine again. "I don't know what is causing the freezes". Any sugestions?

HEY, THE FREEZES COULD BE CAUSED BY THE FAILURE OF DRIVERS OR SYSTEM REQUESTS. CHECK THE EVENT VIEWER AND SEE WHAT ERRORS ARE BEING CREATED.
