I have a Windows 2000 server that we have configured for autologon after reboot, but the system has a company disclaimer warning after you enter ctrl+alt+del that you must click on ok for before the autologon will work.
Is there a way for me to configure to bypass the disclaimer window so we do not have to click on ok for the autologon to proceed?

take LogonExpert tool -- it closes all system popup banners (company notices) automatically. I also strongly recommend you to use this prog instead of registry trick for auto-logon because registry keeps password in plain text that is security lack... Anyway look at Logonexpert, it has some interesting features, we use this tool on all our 2000 servers and XP clients in last 6 months, it works perfectly.
IF you will decide to buy this prog use GENERAL30OFF code to obtain 30% off, we got this code from developers for helping them in bug fixing :-)
