Can anyone kindly tell me what to do.

I like the "physical memory dumb complete".

Anyway, these are usually related to a device driver. Have you installed any new. hardware lately?

You can start in Safe Mode. If that works, you can try Safe Mode with networking. If that works, you know it is not your network drivers.

I think the file name will be C:\Windows\ntbtlog.txt

Other than that, you can boot normally with boot logging enabled. Then maybe you can see in the boot log what is causing the error.
