I wanted to install Office 2003 and when I wanted to do so, I got a message saying that to install O2003, Windows 2000 Service pack 3 should be installed first, which I did without a problem. And, as the W2KSP3 only supports 128 bit high encription for passwords, etc, I am not able to login to Windows using the password "oracle".

I would appreciate if anyone could kindly give a solution.

Why don't you just login with the default Administrator account and change the password of the account you're using as your "normal" login?
