windows 2000 key

We have roughly 100 workstations (all windows 2000 professional SP4) all with different windows 2000 serial codes (100% legitimate) we have noticed that the records kept over time havent been the best, and 12 duplicate serial keys exists which we need to change. is there a way to change the Keys without reinstalling windows 2000, i know you can change it in windows XP but havent found anywhere that lets you change windows 2000 serial keys. Is there any software? or anywhere i can change it in the registry? i really dont want to reinstall the 12 machines.

If you've got the appropriate licences, it doesn't matter - but old version of Magical Jellybean keyfinder will let you do this - http://www.magicaljellybean.com/old/keyfinder.v1.4b4.zip
