Hi!
I have just got my hands on WinDVD 2000 and it installed without any problems. The thing is that I miss the wnaspi32.dll file. It can't run without it...can someone help?
pls mail me at jonas.wikstrom@umea.mail.telia.com

Try going to Adaptec's Web Site and search for "ASPI 32". Download and install the latest ASPI drivers as well as the diagnostic tool. I had the same problem with a CD-Ripper. This solved it.

I had...and still do have the same problem with Windows 2000. I am trying to get "Write2CD" to work properly...but it will not without the correct ASPI drivers which apparantly some guy at microsoft "omitted" from windows 2000. (thanks guys!)
And so this brings me here. In order to run the program "ASPI32.EXE" you must have an adaptec product installed. easier said than done when your drive is supplyed by philips like mine!
So is there anyone out there that can help me in setting up the ASPI drivers for windows 2000???
Windows help files and the microsoft site are no help!
I you have a program that would fix it for me, I would be greatful if you would e-mail it to me (so long as it dose not exceed 20 Mega bytes!)
Thanks for all your help!
bye.

I found this site with the ASPI driver, The driver actually works! Its ASPI layer 4.60 but its cracked so you don't need any prevoius ASPI layers, or any Adaptec software or host adapters!
