Comment:

I have a 2000 server, with a vbdotnet executable that needs to run at at startup. I have enable auto login via tweakui [the server is locked in a rack], and added the executable to the startup folder for the user. The problem is, via the MS Remote Desktop Connection, I cannot connect to Session 0 to see the status. I get a new session. Is this possible? Under Windows Xp, I am used to getting session 0 by not loggin off when i leave work, just locking the workstation.

Is this behavior possible under windows 2000?

use the /console switch for Remote Desktop session... Start => Run => type mstsc.exe /console.
