In an Windows 2003 AD domain if i take a system state backup ,shouldi take a full backup first and then subseqent differential backups or everytme i should be taking full backups.
Some articles ahve mentioned to take only full backup of system state. If i have 2 DCS ,shouldi take backup of both the dcs.

backup of AD and backup of servers are two differnet things.
Yes you should backup your servers individually
Yes you should do system state backups on these servers.

Perhaps these will help
