Ok how the heck do I do an Unattend install with Win2k PRO. I used the wizard to create the answer file and it created the directories, now when i boot to the network and run winnt.exe with pointing to the answer file i get the blue setup screen saying "Could Not Find a Place For a Swap File". Im desperate to learn how to do an unattended install with Win2k. Any websites would be a big help too.

Thanks,

Jim McKeone

Exactly how are you doing the installation? using RIS? Or a network share, network boot disk and a plain unattended installation file? And what wizard did you use? Setup Manager? Where is your answer file located? A little foggy, sorry, need more info.....

Try to format ur HDD with FAT 16. Windows needs some space for setup files on ur HDD.
