Win2k Server hang after depromote

the problem started when i found that my domain is cannot be access by another workstations (Win2k pro and Win XP pro). When i tried to join the Domain, it says that the server cannot be found. I tried to look for the DNS settings and i found that the DNS is working fine (The machine can solve the computer name). It says that "The Domain "Domain" cannot be found".
i thought that there is a problem with domain controller, so i decide to depromote using "DCPROMO" command. After succesfully depromote and restart, it loads slow at "Detecting Network Connection..." and it will slow all the way. i already tried to remove all DNS, DHCP and also the Server IP address but when it restart, it still the same.

Can someone help me...thx :)
