win2k NTFS to win xp

I have win2k and am thinking bout switching to winxp but my drives on win2k are all NTFS will that cause a problem

Just to clarify on the NTFS question, Windows XP, like Windows 2000 is a version of Windows NT (ie it is a stable Windows OS). All versions of Windows NT from the first (NT 3.1) to XP have support for NTFS, which is far superior to FAT32 and FAT.
Therefore you should be OK to install WinXP upgrade, though you'll probably get the best perfromance if your re-format your hard disk during WinXP setup (with NTFS of course). You'll need to boot from CD or Win2k Setup Boot Floppies, not start the setup from inside Windows 2000, if you want to re-format.
