Hi,

I have managed to set up internet connection sharing over 2 pc's on a LAN using 2 realtech NIC's.

Using the same network I wish to share HDD's so I can retrieve files from the other pc, however when I try to connect to the other PC it only shows me the options for Printers & Scheduled Tasks.

I have made the hdd's available to 'Everyone' however it still doesnt work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks alot.

Ross

Ross, you sure you shared the hard drive (C). there are multiple ways to access a networked computer. here is one, go to start>>run>>in run type \\pc name\C$ - by default the pc shared the a drive with $ sign after the letter. Try that and let me know if you have any more questions
