I have two PC one with win2k server and the other with Win98. Both have LAN card 10/100mb. I use cores connection cable. Kindly let me know how to setup my home LAN for CS without using Hub?
Which PC should be the master and which one should be the client? Is there any good site offering Home LAN tutorials ?

Neither one will be the server or the client. You will be using peer-to-peer networking. Set ICS to use DHCP and it should work fine.
