Win2k hang up with blue screen error

I update my laptop vga driver for win2k after that I reboot a blue screen with error message "Video driver fail to initailize..." and hang there. I try go to safemode and no luck. Any trick way, how can I by pass this driver in order win2k continues to load?
My laptop come with pcmcia CD & floppy disk then I can go to a> or re install win2k. Any idea howto fix ???

Did you try to boot up and select "LAST KNOWN GOOD CONFIGURATION"? If that doesn't work you will need to do one of the following. If your machine is formatted FAT you can boot to floppy and delete the driver if you know what the name of the driver file is. It will be in the folder WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS. If it is formatted NTFS you will need to boot to the CD and do a repair from the Recovery Console.
