win2k error: TRAP 00000002 ==EXCEPT

After POST, before splash screen, this appears:
TRAP 00000002 ==========EXCEPTION=========
And theres alot of numbers and letters below.... I just bought a new case + 600wat psu. I installed the m/b, 2 cd drives, and 5 hdds. I booted up and windows installed the HDDs and it asked to reboot. I rebooted and it was working fine. After about 20mins the screen went black. I clicked cntrl+alt+dlt and nothing happened. I manually rebooted and this message appears, and from this screen I can hit cntrl+alt+del and the hdds sounds like it rebooting, but just a black screen. Is this 600wat psu too small for 5hhds+2cddrives too? I saw in another message that "repair" under the win2000 cd fixes this.. I will try it. If you know whats wrong please respond, thank you very much!

I recieve the same error while trying to boot the win2000 CD. The computer is totally unaccessable :-(
Does anyone have any ideas?

I had the same problems you guys/gals had. My problem (I think it's solved) with having to much thermal grease on my CPU. Or it was heat related... I fixed the problem by getting a better CPU fan OVER 3500 RPM... Always use copper as well. And I applied thermal grease as it's described on "Artic Silvers" web page http://www.arcticsilver.com/arctic_silver_instructions.htm
