We need a little more information that that. What kind of problem is this missing file causeing. Is it refering to your modem? If so then just reinstall the modem driver

Are you sure you system says cant find device or cant fnd file, if itis cant find file you can go to another comp. find file then type the file if it brings it out copy into a diskette then you can paste it in your sys. If it Cant find device check your device connected to your pc check the device not functioning properly then you can check if it is the device software problem try Unistalling and installing the device software.
