OS: Win2k(Russian)
CPU/Ram: P-III-500/128
Comment:

System is Win2000 (Russian). The probem is:
while starting any application, OS automatically swithes the language from Engish into Russian.

This is not a problem, it is a feature. You said this system was Russian, but you don't want it to display in Russian? Interesting.
Go to Control Panel -> Regional Options. On the general tab you set the default language.

Thanks Rick for reply. I understand it's feature. But i'd like to remove this INconvenient feature, because of all programs in English and each time i've to switch language if i type address(for ex in IE or entering password in some utilities).
The thing you adised i've already applied (no effect).
