A few days ago I was switching my Network card into different PCI slots and trying out different drivers to fix a problem I was having. Anyway Win2K made a profile for each thing I tried. Now I got 4 different connection profiles and 4 drivers for my Internet/NIC. Depending where I place my NIC it uses a different profile now. I want to erase the profiles/drivers that I ain't using but the unused profiles are hidden. Currently I'm using my origional "local area connection" but my driver is "Nic #4". So there are 3 other settings hidden on my computer that I want to get rid off, but I don't know how. If I for instance input an IP for my current profile that I had set up in another, it won't allow me to use that IP because the other profile was using it. I only have a few IP's and since I can't use 3 of them now my choices are now a bit limited. I also have reasons to believe this has slowed my internet down considerably, but I won't go into the details about that. All I need is to delete the unused hidden internet and driver profiles, so how do I do that?

Ok, going a little fuzzy here again... Where are you seeing these "profiles"? Device Manager? Network and Dial-up Settings? ????
