Win2000->cannot install boot loader

Whenever I tried to install windows 2000 server, it indicated that it cannot install the boot loader, please check whether your c driver is formatted or has any errors... It is formatted and doesn't have any errors... I am using a 60 gb HDD on an older MB, and have to run seagate drive overlay to make the BIOS recognise the whole 60 gb...

With the hardware you list there should be NO REASON for a drive overlay. This is your problem. Drive overlays act like a virus in that they translate drive parameters. Remove the drive overlay [if you can without effecting the other OS's].
Just for the record John you can have 4 OS's running from one hard drive. I have a box that has 98/NT/W2K/XP.
