win2000 uninstall need DOS/fdisk.exe

I INSTALLED WINDOWS 2000 BUT MY VIDEO CARD DRIVER IS NOT SUPPORTED BY IT SO I WANT TO GO BACK TO WIN98. I CAN NOT FORMAT AS I DO NOT HAVE DOS/FDISK.EXE AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF I CAN DOWNLOAD IT FROM THE NET AND IF SO FROM WHAT SITE. MY OTHER VIDEO CARD IN MY MACHINE IS CRAP AND WIN2000 ONLY GIVES IT A 16BIT COLOUR OPTION WHICH IS CRAP AND I AM UNABLE TO PLAY GAMES ONLINE AS IT IS SHIT TO LOOK AT.
