Win2000 Server Printer Goes Offline

At random times during the day, the printers status on our server will suddenly go to offline. Although the printer itself displays that it is ready. After a reboot of the server, the printer shows as online again and resumes its jobs. This problem started recently after the installation of Norton Personal Firewall on the server.
Summary: We are running Win2000 Server. Printers are TCP/IP static addresses. Printers are HP 4Si, 5SiNX (all PCL) and 5SiMX (PS). All computers on XP with XP office. We get randow odd spacing on PCL printers....
