Win2000 RIS service will not start

OS: Win2000 server /SP4
CPU/Ram: P4/1,5gb

Hi.
I have problem with my Win2000 server.
RIS have worked for over a year.
No software changes have been done.

ERROR:
Service Control Manager
Event ID:7023
The Single Instance Storage Groveler service
terminated with the following error:
The service has not been started
