Win2000 restart insted shutdown !!! Help

when i clic on "Shutdown" win2000 is shutdown but the pc power still on and restart anyway !

You can try to use regedit and search the registry for powerdownaftershutdown. if the value is 0 change to 1 or visa versa. Reboot twice after each change. Hope that helps. Rick
