I have PixelView BT848P TV tuner card. I don't know if you are talking about the same card (or similar) but here is my solution. There isn't a win2k driver for BT848 and there won't be any. But I installed BT878 (I think) win2k drivers and software and it worked.

Because the 848AKPF chipset is a generic one used my many MNFs I doubt you will find a generic driver. You need to contact the MNF of your card or if it is the MM100 PC TV as in the first post, the driver can be found at:
