Win2000 auto restart problem

CPU/Ram: 512mb

Hello Sir,
I am using Windows 2000 professional.
My suddenly switches off and reboot again or restart again, i thought the problem may be with the mother board and changed the mother board , but still the system behaviour never changes.
I need help

I downloaded service pack 3 and now I'm stuck in a rebooting loop too. I start the machine, get through the booting process, and then I get a winlog error message, and the machine auto restarts, and the whole thing happens again. How do I fix?
