Can anyone tell me what is causing this, when send 1st document for printing that can print but when i send 2nd document to printing and than this program error appear : -
winword.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. You will need to restart the program.
Take a look at your LPT1 port settings. It should be set to ECP. If it's not then you'll have to enter the Bios setup pages at the begining of the bootup.
However it's more likly that your printer drivers just need updated. Download new drivers from the manu. website.
