Webcam. It works thru my USB connection, and my computer doesn't see the new hardware. I've verified that my USB connections work by connecting other devices to them. I verified my camera works on my brothers computer (he's also running Win 2K). I've tried to force my computer to recognize new hardware thru the wizard, no luck. I booted up in "Safe Mode" and it still doesn't show up. I have no "unknown" devices in hardware manager. Any suggestions??? Help!!

Get the manufacturers current driver and manually install it. In Add/Remove hardware: Select "Add/troubleshoot a device" Select "Add a new Device" Select "No, I want to select the hardware from a list" Select "Other devices" Click "Have disk" button Browse to the install file
Hope this helps, Cleo
