When i turn off my laptop i get this message:

Stop: 0x0000007F
unexpected_kernel_mode_trap
Beginning dump of physical memeory
Physical memory dump complete
Contact your systems admin. or tech. support group.

Does anyone know why it does this. I have an HP Omnibook 4150, 128 RAM, 6gig hard drive.
Thanks in advance.

Look in this folder. My Computer - Control Panel - System - Adanced Tab_ Startup and Recovery.

Try resetting the option for when to dump your memory.

What makes this happen. Is there any difference in this error if you get it in Windows NT

When I am in the middle of work, the system will just automatically begin the memory dump, and the system will shut down. How do I prevent this from happening?
