Hello Heres my problem I dual boot win 2k and win98 I just installed new ati all in wonder 128 pro it worked fine when iI installed it in 98 .Then i installed it in 2k it would freeze when i tried to capture and bluescreen me out of 2k so i went to 98 and try to set up tv It gave me a remgr error so I investigated and reinstalled ati multimedia every thing work in 98 again. back to 2k reinstall same thing on capture takes me down go back to 98 get resmgr error .I think win 98 and 2000 are sharing some files because if I dont reinstall in 2k 98 runs just fine in ati tv.My question is I have 2 partitions 1 with 98 1 with 2k clean install do they share driver files or dlls or something if so how can I install so they will be completely seperate. Another reason i think this is I installed a video codec and it would not work in 2k until i installed it in 98. sorry this is so long. Thank You John System Abit bp6 motherboard,Promise udma66controller,256 sdram, soundblaster live platnium, ati all in wonder 128 pro, 2 500 mhz celerons
