i was attempting to set my slave drive up for sharing so i could pull the info off to a new c:. after awhile it said it couldnt create the share and now the drive and 270gb of info is in limbo. cant see the drive at all... help

Connect it as a USB drive using one of those external boxes for 30 something dollars.

just ordered one, although i think i have lost all access to the drive, tried installing it in other machines cmos sees it but not windows.
i dont know what the system does when it sets sharing but it ran for 10 minutes before the error.
