Assuming you have IIS installed. (if not install it using Add and remove programs/Windows components). Right click My computer and choose Manage. Expand "services and Applications". Expand "internet Information Services". Right click on "default website" and choose properties. This is where you configure your website on Windows 2000. I learned just by playing with it, and reading articles on the web. here's a good link to get you started.
