win 2000 goes freeze

after starting win 2000, it goes to freeze about 10 minutes later and i have to restart it. can be there a solution for this problem? please help...

If this just started happening ??? Any new hardware or sofware installed??? If not ? 1) Heat... Make sure the fan on the processors heatsink is spinning. 2) More details on when you have changed on the machine.
