After re-starting my machine in an attempt to load Win 98, I recived a invalid disk error. Not really thinking, I ran the win 98 boot disk to fix the boot problem for Win 98. My problem now of course is I cannot boot to Win 2000 anymore because the dual boot files are gone. How do I get back to a dual boot system without losing everything?

Start your pc with the win2000 cdrom.
Choose the repair option.(FAST not console)
win2000 now check your bootsector and repairs the missing files.
