Comment:
I have installed Windows 2000 Pro runs fine until Service pack 4 installation on reboot I get a blue stop screen with the error (c0000221 Bad image checksum) The image olecnv32.dll is possibly corrupt the header checksum does not match the computed checksum. How do I fix this problem any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
I would think that replacing the file may fix it, but I haven't heard anything on SP4 for 2000 being buggy...yet.

I will see if I can fined the file but I also get the same error on windows xp home fresh install.. But I can install both OS on a 4 gig hard drive that I have for a spare with no problems or errors. so I thought it may have something to do with the hard drive... Maybe/Maybe not?
